CI is having a weekly special on gurkhas. I know that some can be hit or miss but if you like mild-med smokes you must try the symphony. lives up to its 91 rating and I have tried the grand rothschild size it is a delicious hour and 30 minute+ smoke. Leather, and sweet subtle creamy smooth spices (quite complex no real transitions). 15 cigars that go for only $39.99. You cannot go wrong and if you like that flavor profile you should not be disappointed.
True, the Symphony is one of the good Gurkhas. Even though it kinda tastes like Band Aids.

I like my cigars dripping humidity!
90%? Isn't that a little dry? I have a mister that sprays them like the veggie section at the supermarket....storm sound and everything.
Brilliant idea! That sure beats my method of just dumping a glass of water on the top shelf, your method ensures an even dousing instead of it just trickling down the trays.
I soak mine in rich creamery butter. Makes them taste surprisingly buttery!
I just keep my cigars in the toilet. I sometimes confuse my poop for a cigar. Those smokes are kinda shite

I find myself building Lincoln Logs too often to keep mine in the commode. However, I've found that keeping them in mason jars full of Makers Mark works wonders! The cigars pick up the flavor of the Makers and just smoke beautifully while the Makers picks up the leathery goodness of the cigars... it's a win win. I'm thinking you could even flavor fresh moonshine with cigars. The possibilities are endless :)

LOL! Now it was just funny as hell reading that they taste like bandaids. I never tried a bandaid before. Maybe I should try it. I will be the first to admit that it is hard to find a gurkha i like. Only found two out of about the 20 I have tried. The symphony and the centurion. If you ever try the centurion you have to admire the flavorless cream that turns into not only a full flavor cigar as you get into the middle and work your way to the end. It also has some strength build up as well at the same time. I actually like the buzz a lot from a centurion. In fact it is one of the best cigar buzzes around. If you like that sorta thing. I would only suggest the double perfecto of a centurion. Keep the bands on as well because they tend to come apart if you do not.

That is why you have to love La aurora. It is hard to find a bad one. That is why I am going to tell you about the deal I found that will probably never exist again. Just to make you all jealous. HAHA! I think it was a mistake (it had to be) but on CI in the clearance section about two months ago I saw la aurora flight samplers on sale 3 5 packs for $27.66. I was like what :woot: la aurora less the 2 bux a stick! So I bought 5 yes 75 cigars for $138.30. I have tried every single one and was loving life. They are all amazingly delicious. I told my buddy to grab some cause they would sell out fast. Sure enough they sold out in like a week. I see the same 5 pack sampler (only 5 stix)go for like $20 on cbids. http://www.cigarsinternational.com/samplers/88415/la-aurora-flight-sampler/#p-157054 . Have yet to be able to even find this sampler anywhere else online. What a steal. Wish I was a member a few months ago would have shared this amazing deal.

I don't have much experience with Gran Habano to vouch for their quality but cigar monster has a 12 pack sampler for 21.00 then subtract 17% with code BOTLORG and free shipping, that's 17.50 shipped or 1.45 a stick.

FWIW I enjoyed this one out of that sampler...very light and relaxed on the palate minimal spice....keeper for the price IMO
