Didn't get to post about it last night because we were doing some renovations that required taking the computer apart and moving it.

Smoked a Perdomo Reserve Champagne (courtesy of CentexHockey - thank you very much!) and it was quite good.

Nothing earth-shattering. I still very much prefer the Man o' War Virtue when it comes to Connecticuts, but it had a creamy, smooth smoke filled with great flavours of sweet cedar and baked bread.

I enjoyed it.
