Padilla Dominus with a year and a half or so of age on it. I liked these for the price I paid when I first bought a bunch of them... now, with a year+ age, the leather and black pepper have just melted into a fantastic flavor that I wish I had more of. Iffy on Padilla as a whole, but this one is a winner...
