Lil Boris - praying this one is a ROTT dud - impossibly tight draw, even with two V-cuts.

Pitched the first one after it went out at 1" and would not relight. The second one lit up great and draws nice - shame about the dud though. the second one has some blemeshes and cracks on the wrapper, almost like it was patched up with glue. Anyone had any QC issues with these? I'll try to snap a pic.
