Drew Estate Papas Fritas. Nice little smoke to cap off dinner (Sonoran Fajitas) and enjoy the cooling evening air on the deck (before the godzilla sized mosquitos come out to drain my blood). Started off spicy as hell, kind of a kick after the spicy fajitas. Smoothed out to a full bodied smoke without the pepper. My palette (even after 10 years) sucks... so asking me to tell if it was chocolatey, leathery, or anything like that just doesn't work. Enjoyed it immensely and wish I could have had time for a full Liga 9.
