My first Franklin with thanks to 3/5 king.
Hate to be that guy but this gar sucks ass smokes like shit can't get it to draw for the life of me.

I liked the flavor I got out of the franklin I smoked a couple of days ago...

but the draw was very tight on mine as well... also had a few burn issues (tunneled a couple of times on me)...

that said.. I still enjoyed it.. thought the profile was nice, etc.. and will probably smoke more in the future..

Yup the flavor wasn't the issue at all but I don't like working at a gar to enjoy it.

Much like Lipher, I would say that is true about all Lances... Try the rubusto or the torpedo...

Yeah... I really was unimpressed by the Franklin Lance, but I didn't know if it was my general dislike of lances, or that one. Seems like there maybe an issue with the rolls on the lances.
