had a day(ish) of new stuff yesterday. a palina MrSam corona, damn well made but didn't hit my "spot" for a $12 stick, and a george rico american puro corona, which is easily the best "fire cured" stick, to my palate, if a bit two dimensional. mind you, my first of each, and i will try them again...
the star, though:
burned this rolling up to meet dustin, a matilda corona. reminded me pleasantly of AVO and tat. i might need more of these in my life, but i easily urge people to try them. o)

just rolled out, hitting up some errands. 1) i forgot just how likable these guys were! 2) anyone ever notice a little gooey gum residue on the cap of the LAT's? not bad, kinda an umame sensation, like a pastry filled with savory? or maybe i just need to roll home and catch dinner. o)
