Definitely one of the more interesting smokes I have tried this year. Started out with a sweet and salty mix, almost chex mix like in nature. Going into salty peanuts and then into a light roast beef. That turned into a light, tangy jeryky (reminded me of peppered teriyaki). Around the half way mark, it went to a straight up meaty dinner, and then around the last third it finished with a nice earthy, tobacco flavor (hints of the meat and pepper still came through).
