After a Sunday dinner of grilled Ribeyes and Shrimp Scampi with friends enjoyed this LAT 56 with Martell Cordon Bleu XO cognac. For those of you that like cognacs and have never tried this one it is simply outstanding. You can spend a lot of money on XO cognacs but this one is "reasonably" priced and it would be hard to find a better one. The bouquet is simply incredible. With a good cigar...nirvana.
