These have only rested for a few days. Smooth, has a very bbq smoke element, i really haven't been able to pinpoint flavors. It's odd in a good way, perhaps in a week i will revisit with better results. Perfect construction tho. I actually want to compare it to a neanderthal but i may be completely off.
