I started lunch (liquid that is) with the new Verocu #9. Very nice little smokie. Enjoyed it to the nub. Definitely the understudy for the East/West. After that was a Tat Angeles followed by a Gaupo. Finished off the night with a Bolivar Corona Extra from 99. Good day for me. But tonight 10" of snow. Son of Bitch-Shit.

Let's see...

I had a mystery house blend after lunch, not bad.
Then had a Tat Verocu #9.
I had a Coronado Hammer with me this evening, but didn't get to light it. Oh well.

Smoked a Miami Padilla 8&11 Lancero today, a little confused about this stick started off pretty harsh but mellowed out as I smoked it but could still feel some harshness coming off the stick perhaps this needs some 70%RH lovin' rather than the 65% I had stored it at.

I keep my cigars at 65% as well other than those that are being aged long term.. I smoked a tat from the same humi and it tasted great but this was just harsh guess I need to experiment a little with NCs.

maybe you just randomly got a bad stick. I haven't smoked one of those yet so I can't comment on consistency, but I have experienced that before--smoking a stick that other people love and you're like "umm, nothing." Then you try it again and it's great.
