It's 63°F in the middle of January, so you can bet I'm taking advantage with what might be the last Room 101 Daruma I get to smoke. Paired with another new cocktail, a Balmoral:

3 parts scotch (Dewar's here)
1 part sweet vermouth
1 part dry vermouth
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters

The peaty smoke from the scotch and the spice of the bitters pair nicely.

View attachment 90458 Nothing like smoking a 5er and getting hammered while everyone else is working. Oh and its 75 and sunny! I don't normally do this but I had an interview and job offer that's going to push me close to 6 figures. Not bad for a high school and college dropout!
