Bolivar Caronas Extra WOW ! My first time trying .....

That was my exact thoughts after my first Boli CE:grin:

Last night I started off with a 1998 VR Clasico then smoked a 07 SLR Corona and finished the night with an El Truinfador that was gifted to me.

A very good cigar night for me.

I've never tried an El Truinfador before and was very impressed. I'm not a big fan on non CC's but these are deffinatly worth having in your humi Imo.

Now the search to find some.

Had a Garcia y Vega Bonded Havana from around 1940 (a little musty and flat, but smooth and still distinctly Cuban) followed by my first Cohiba, a Siglo II courtesy of Greg. Wow!

Later, after I got home, my wife leaned in for a goodnight kiss and started the typical crinkled-nose "ewww, cigar smell" routine. Halfway through, she stopped and said (with a slightly puzzled look): "actually, you don't smell bad at all." This is only the second time she's commented favorably on the lingering cigar odor; the first was a few months ago when I returned from smoking an Opus X at the local lounge. So, it seems that if I want to keep the wife happy, I should only smoke Cohibas and Opus X!

Here is what I smoked on Saturday: 2 El Rey de los Habanos; 1 CAO Gold; 1 Padilla Habano Burberry Pefecto; 1 CAO Criollo; and 1 Fuente Fuente Opus X. Broke my record.
