I know these don’t get a lot of love, but these are fantastic with lots of rest. Very complex. Smooth, bread, baking spice, cocoa, little white pepper. Lots of transitions. They hit me just right. Bourbon barrel aging pokes through too. I think Perdomo is underrated.
