Manuel? I doubt if it is the same guy but he is the go to guy to buy your smokes from in Havana. Runs the Casa at the Melia Habana, Great place to hang out have a smoke and dig for old rare boxes in the Humi. Doesn't always have much in the way of age as they have way too high of traffic but he knows and loves cigars which is surprisingly hard to find in shops in Havana.
