Who made that custom?

This was given to me from a friend he actually told me it was an Unbanded Cohiba Talisman. It was Cuban for sure and had the pigtail, but I wasn’t going as far as to say it was the Talisman. Super young, but was good. I am not sure the it’s true origins.
