Lagavulin 16 was the first premium scotch I ever tasted, close to 15 years ago at a little gastropub in New Brunswick, NJ. I was amazed as it practically evaporated on my tongue, leaving a peaty sweetness. I haven't actually ever had it since, until today. It absolutely doesn't disappoint. Paired with a Partagas Añejados from 2016. #whiskeyadventures

Sunday-funday! Sitting out back with my tiny human, enjoying this nice 70° day with a goodie from the bottom of the humi.. 
Had a nice boutique cigar today, small manufacturer with limited distribution. Eastban Carrera - Hellcat that is very close to some of the pricy Padron's IMHO.
Can not say anything bad about this little Box Press Cigar but the label is difficult to get a good image of. Worth a try, if you can fine the sticks for sale that is from a company based in San Clemente, California, but manufactures in Nicaragua.
Then I moved on to another Don Pepin Garcia - My Father - Cuban Classic.
