Yes, it's White Meat. Starts out spicy, but quickly mellows out. Haven't found Viaje I didn't like yet.Just grabbed my first one of these. Is that the White Meat version? That good huh?

My son, wife and grandson are in Austin and I love it too. I have had the Bobalu brand several times and have found them to be very hard to draw. Have some resting in my humi now and will give them one more try after a few more months. The Sungrown, annihilation and the extra Fuerte were my favorites. The Texas Select is pretty good with a little time on them. I have a soft spot for Bobalu as my wife and I love Austin. They closed the 6th Street store because it was not worth it anymore.

Yeah, fresh rolls can be like that. But after they dry out to about 65% for about 8 months they are pretty darn good. The Oscuro and the orange banded cabinet selection were excellent. My son, wife and grandson are in Austin and I love it too.
