I'm having an '02 QdO Corona and enjoying the heck out of it. First cigar I've had in days.
I'm still waiting to have that "1st cigar in days". I'm smoking a Marl Boro 100 LE (Light Edition). Cigars are on the 'No-No' list thanks to 2nd grade health class. Thankfully, kids kinda have that short attention span thing going on...atleast I hope they do!:rolling:

Damn, what a crappy drive this morning! I grabbed a 98 Boli CJ I got from Kingston in the Lotto, thanks again man, anticipating a short commute. Boy was I wrong! I managed to get the CJ to last for 65 minutes and that was long enough for the ride, usually takes like 50 minutes on Fridays.

It was a good thin I brought quite a bit of Frog Morton with me for the ride home so I packed a half bowl and that lasted me the remaining 35 minutes 'till I got into the office.

This has been a horrible commute week for me...TGIF!

Had a custom Lonsdale gifted to me by Cohen1953 yesterday evening. I can't for the life of me remember who rolled it but I know it was not a really well known torcedor. Like a "Big Lou's" or something like that.
No doubt it was genuine; and custom, but a bit muddled to me. I got that Soapy flavor I get with some young, potentially complex, smokes. The flavor when exhaled out my mouth was better than the nose as for some reason the nostrals amplified the negative flavor (soap), and not the positive ones. Prob only a 2.5/5 on the strength meter. just how I like em

The kids had an after school "Fun Night" tonight so it's the first cigar I've had for a few days.:smokingbo I got a box in the mail from Kurt and lit up the party short he tossed in. Pretty good little cigar! Even fresh out of a mailer, w/o resting, it was a nifty little number.

If all cigars hit the spot like this one did tonight...I would be a happy man.:smokingco

Thanks again to Kurt.:applause:

Had one or the CAO Brazilia Sambas I've been keeping for a year or so and it was great! Man I love Brazilias!

Sorry, but I skipped my Friday evening smoke. Head cold and didn't want to waste a good smoke! Why do I have a strange fixation now not to smoke anything that I get that is of decent quality. I keep wanting to save everything. I know these things are meant to smoke and enjoy. I feel like were are all in a contest of 'He who dies with the most sticks wins!' Hopefully that will change! :scratchhe

Yeah, it will change. Once you breakdown and smoke them you will realize there is a ton more enjoyment in smoking them then there is in hoarding and looking at them.

1985 Montecristo Especial (OLUL)
Wow...

I know of 2 of you with some of these and I can tell you there will be no disappointment in your future. The blend is Classic Montecristo with body and soul unlike anything you'll find in a current, say, MC1. Beaniness is all but trace and the Fruity Monte tang is somewhat Romeo-esque; almost stewed Cherry like. I am not the largest Romeo fan, but this was an excellent example of what the flavor can offer.
