LOL@knw247 and I checking in on the sighted man's circle of truth's winning blend. 6 months age. 54 rg. It's good. Mellow, creamy, touch of sweetness. I'd rather the 48 rg, but it's good to know the blend is ok when i over pack the mold

Cap fell off the pepper grinder and dumped a bunch of whole peppercorns in the salad at dinner...
After that, figured it was as good a time as any to make it a "My Father Monday" and have my first Le Bijou!
So far quite tasty, and not near as spicy and peppery as I was expecting.
