I decided to reach again blindly into my bag, or 5, of SBC mega value goodies and met Lord Ryan.
Not particularly excited to see my first Gurkha in 15 years but I decided to roll with it. This thing threw smoke like a coal locomotive and tasted like...nothing. I’ve never had a stick that was so devoid of flavor. Not even a retro gave any notes of anything. I have it three inches to develop some kind of something but was left hanging. After power puffing I tried to get some kind of flavor on the retro and found a weird jelly belly popcorn jellybean note was all that was there. Sorry Ryan we’re done.....RIP.
I reached again into the bags of questionable goodness and pulled this guy.
Much more toward mild than I had expected but a tasty smoke nonetheless.

Had a Drew Estates Undercrown maduro. Probably one of my favorite smokes so far. Had it at a small smoke shop in Marietta, GA called Wise Ash. Great little joint if youre in the Atlanta area.

Also had a La Finca on the back porch as it rained. Definitely a good little smoke as well.
