Mahalo to CBid Brother Kipp / Dkeage for this 4 years ago. When I received it, immediately knew this would be my celebratory smoke to commemorate my last day working for Corporate America. They bought our small, local company in 2008 so this is my “Free at last! Free at last! Thank God Almighty I’m free at last!” smoke. While I’m technically still an employee till the 31st, I’ll be on vacation the rest of the month. Cleared out my desk so no reason to go back. Fo’ sure I’mm gonna enjoy the holidays!

Is this a lounge, bar, or restaurant? Looks nice either way. Just wondering where all in public still let’s you smoke inside.

Surprisingly this is a cigar bar/restaurant at a hotel in Denver. It’s called Churchill’s at the Brown Palace hotel. Every year I’m amazed it’s still open to cigars.

Actually, I’m a lucky guy. If it wasn’t for my wife’s State of Hawaii free lifetime medical benefit for retirees and their spouses (...since changed...), I’d still be working.
