These have 2 months and 5 days of rest. Most of the pop they had when fresh has dissipated. Now they are in that weird Fernandez limbo. Will it take three weeks, three days, or three months for them to hit their stride?

Right after I typed that chocolate, coffee bean, earth, dry heavy wood, and vegetal flavors started pumping out in a decent simulation of balance. Pepper spice is still the prominent flavor, and makes retrohales tingle. I say they should be ready for prime time shortly after Halloween.
