Drew Estate Nica Rustica Connecticut Broadleaf Short Robusto
This must have been sitting a long time. From the first puffs it was caramel coated roasted and salted peanuts with a side of coffee. It has a great beginning, but will it hold out?
Edit: It didn't last for long. It turned into marzipan and coffee. Then about 1/4 of the way through the sweetness fades out and it is pretty much just earth, coffee, wood, mild spice on the tongue, and then ends on earth and wood with a mild spice on the tongue.
It isn't something I would run out and buy a box of. A fiver for the winter may be in the cards though. Definitely a really good buy at the internet price of $4.50 each. Try it and if it fits your profile it may be be the best cigar that retails in that range without using a discount.
