This is the 1502 that tastes like it was rolled by Plasencia. If I smoked this after smoking something from the Alma line, I would think it was a new addition to bridge with the Reserva in price.
Edit:
After smoking through the 1502 sampler I had a few quick thoughts.
The Black Gold still isn't my cup of tea. It is dark and rich, but doesn't so it for me. I would suggest somebody try it of they like the Plasencia 149. A different profile, but similar in the dark nature.
The Emerald is a nice change of pace with the Mexican Filler. I wouldn't mind having a few around when I want something familiar with a twist.
The 1502 Nicaragua is a good alternative Sunday morning smoke. Five in the humidor would be nice and at $9 each seem appropriately priced.
The Blue Sapphire is the strongest and really has that Plasencia touch. With the Neptune discount a box of ten may be in my future. I'll take the robusto though. The Toro is a 2.25 hour smoke for me.
