Was able to manage getting on the treadmill before work! After lunch it's back and biceps day!

Had some free time at work, so I set myself up with an actual schedule instead of just winging it! Today will be one last day of wining it, and I'll pick this up Saturday after my rest day tomorrow.

What a slog. 203.8lbs as of this morning. I think I can hit 190 by October 31 if I keep my foot on the gas.

@Texican, who you calling a slog! I was 212 this morning! Don't get too much tunnel vision on that number on the scale! I hit 210, and seem pretty much stuck, which tells me there's not much more to lose. Just keep doing what you're doing, and don't make indulgence a habit and you're good.

That said, 35 minutes on the treadmill before work, abs at work, and I'm about to bang out a killer chest & tricep workout!

Back and biceps got slaughtered earlier, and I slogged it up on cardio! There's always tomorrow.

4 miles. Partially negated by a coconut raspa after lunch, and my impending Sunday afternoon beverages.
