@Texican, who you calling a slog! I was 212 this morning! Don't get too much tunnel vision on that number on the scale! I hit 210, and seem pretty much stuck, which tells me there's not much more to lose. Just keep doing what you're doing, and don't make indulgence a habit and you're good.
That said, 35 minutes on the treadmill before work, abs at work, and I'm about to bang out a killer chest & tricep workout!
