What is your family heritage? Maybe you should visit where your family came from.

Switzerland was my favorite country in Europe. Absolutely stunning country, and there are quite a few good cigar shops to go to.

Well that's where it gets iffy...I've got pure Irish blood. Like right off the boat pure I believe, but they were both young, and not ready for a kid, so I was given up for adoption. The amazing people that picked me out and raised me (my true parents) are Russian and Polish. So I've always been in tune with my Irish side, but can definitely pull my Jewish card when need be. :bouncetau

Italy sounds fabulous as of now though! Do you guys know the drinking ages? Obviously I'm not going to abuse the privilege if I'm old enough, I just want a beer with lunch  I'm 19 if that helps

Thanks again everyone for your great suggestions!!

I drew an assignment to shadow an Irish delegation on a week-long tour of Texas last year. The gov't officials I met were outstanding guests! I finally got to party hard with them on their last night here. I now have a standing invitation to any of a dozen Irish homes and I can't wait to go! That's why I voted Ireland!

All of these places are so different they cannot be compared on such a macro basis. Maybe if you could share what exactly you want to get out of this trip or specific things you'd like to do/accomplish, that could help us offer input. No one of the countries in your poll is better than the others, it just depends which best matches your goals for the trip.
