I actually really enjoy the FFP, but I got lucky on price so I had no predisposition based on how much money I spent. Had a friend that grabbed 2 boxes at an event and didn't like them. Almost 2 full boxes for a $50 bill and two Fuente Lost City sticks. I only have 4 or 5 left at this point....

I was able to grab 4 from Smoke Inn mostly to share with a few friends since as many have said, they are overpriced for an UC. I paid even more for the couple I managed to track down from the Netherlands when they were first released. Honestly, It kind of bothers me that they made these are re-releasing these. I'm more of a smoker than a collector, but it took a bit of work to get a couple of the original ones. Now that these are released, the ones from the Netherlands aren't worth nearly what people paid for them.

I paid about $25 to get an OR from the Netherlands. Was a great smoke, but that may have been due to my own preconceived notions and desires. Frankly, I'm glad for the re-release, it gets a desirable product into more people's hands.

Now, if they would just release the No9 pig in a FFP format...

What you said is very true. But with any limited release and especially regional release, you're going to pay extra to get one. Even if you got some directly from the store in holland with shipping they came out to $25 or so. I wouldn't really consider a real release. From what I can remember, UC pigs were made for a special request by a friend.

Im really glad Drew Estate made these available to us. Jonathan and Drew Estates didn't have to release. But they saw the desire from their customers and they released them. Not a lot of companies do that, listen to their customers and take action. Thank you Jonathan and Drew Estates.

And as a collector of all sorts, "you gotta pay to play."
