Awesome, I think that drew estate has really picked up their game since the release of the Liga line. They are now producing a few sticks that get quite a bit of hype even with the cynical group here. It is great to see that they are standing behind the product like the premium product it is. It is funny to see how a company can go from producing flavoured sticks to cigars the the aficianado will enjoy as well without losing the first side. Good luck with the stick Eric.

I can vouch for drew estates and their passion for cigars and the consumer. I was at an event in fullerton where Marvin (co-owner) was in the house for drew estates tasting. Really cool guy. He'll be there again on wednesday the 24th at Eight88 in fullerton.

Great cigars and great company...... they have always been on the cutting edge in branding and product.... many smokers I know started cigar smoking on their lines and then gravitated to the more classic blends.... and the marketing has always been edgy... one of the first companies to SUCCESSFULLY move outside the traditional cigar mold and appeal to a different generation. And I loves me them flying pigs!

Great story, kudos to Steve for going the extra yard for what most execs would perceive as a single cigar that a faceless person on an internet forum had an issue with. It's nice to see that some companies see the customer as much more than that.

FWIW I love the Liga lines.

well in that case, everyone I have had was bland and had a bad draw :innocent: all kidding aside, I think that's great that Mr. Saka would take the time to make it right. That is above and beyond what most companies would do for a handmade product. I have really enjoyed the LP #9 and T52 lines. Had a chance to smoke a few of the pigs as well, nice flavor profile to them also. Even if the cigars are not what you like, you have to respect the fact that he stands behind his product and is passionate about it.

I find it impressive that guys like this will find out about a disappointed customer and take the time to followup. This is customer service and care like the good old days.

The first Liga I received in a trade I had no idea what it was and smoked it on the road somewhere. OK stick. SInce then I have been enjoying the pigs and T-52's immensely and have begun to acquire boxes.

Good show Mr. Saka.

Drew Estates has great people behind it. Glad to see a happy ending to this story. Nice to know that companies are out there standing behind their product.
