These look so darn good! Viaje Reservas never disappoint me. Platino, Oro, whatever. The regular production Platino Lancero is better than the other regular vitolas, imo. This one should be splendid indeed.
Agreed, the Platino Lancero is just awsome. i got a fiver from new havana a few months ago and was like where have you been my whole life.

Tower cigars has boxes of platino lanceros that have been sitting for 2.5 years.

Are these ready to smoke or do they have the fire-proof wrapper effect? Read through the previous posts but it seems like it could be one or the other.

Lay them down for a while. I have been told by a few that were at the event itself that the stick kept going out.

They are not as wet as some (most) of Andre's other releases (at launch) but they will only improve with a bit of down time (or even Dryboxing)...Having said that, the 3 I smoked for my review were perfectly smokeable...

Good to hear. I just picked up a fiver from Atlantic. Figured I'd grab'em before they were gone, plus looks like a fun vitola 7.5 x 4o. Must burn for a good while!
