I'll try any cigar once and that's about all I will ever have of this cigar. Didn't fit my taste profile I guess (I don't like smoking something that tastes like like a wet boot). I may just be a glutten for punishment but I have another one of these that I'm going to let rest for at least a year and then I'll try it again (like an alzheimers patient)!

Everybody hates Atadis,
Now the few who know me know I’m not of fan of huge public conglomerates.
Being from Northern Ireland, my views are different than most Americans would be.
I’m a die-hard socialist. Not a capitalist in any way. I understand the dislike of Atadis.
But some of their brands are worth smoking.
1) Gispert Maduro
2) Frank Llaneza
3) Henry Clay
4) Omar Ortez Honduran Maduro – I love ‘em
5) Por Larranaga
6) Seijas cigars
Now if your hate them because they take advantage of the indigenous population, we can talk.

I'm actually a fan. It's a pretty solid stick for me, reminded me of the Illusione MJ 35 (I think) but much more pronounced flavors. It had less power too, even in the larger gauge.

The Romeo y Julietta habana reserve and the Trinidad Habana Reserve are both solid sticks as well.

I had one last week. Like you said it wasn't a home run but it did round third. I would definitely buy it again. It's something you could smoke all the time but not something I'd smoke at my own wedding or anything special if that makes sense? The smoke inn had a deal going earlier in the week where you got five of them plus a couple other smokes for around $20. I'm not sure nif its still going on. Overall I'd say it's pretty good.

Sorry koujo and everyone else who mentioned the smoke inn deal. Guess I should have read the whole thread before replying.
