Trying this for the first time from my phone, so bear with me....

Sierra Nevada Hop Hunter, made with "distilled hop oil". This is a great IPA, for my taste anyway!

Paired with the delicious Cabal Short Robusto.

This wasn't a planned pairing, I just grabbed a beer and a smoke when I got home from work yesterday, it worked out nicely.
The post from your phone looks perfect. I've never heard of that IPA from Sierra Nevada. Is it a seasonal?

It's a winner for sure. Nice body, great hop flavors, not heavy or syrupy. 6.2%

I have seen this beer on the shelf twice, and purchased it twice. It doesn't say it's a seasonal, but as things go with Sierra Nevada it definitely could be a tester. I don't expect to see it on the shelves all the time like their pale ale. Any time I see something new from SN I give it a shot, they know good beer.

Glad to know the phone deal worked! I'm brand new here so everything is a trial

If it's in the morning, I normally go with black coffee. If the afternoon a like a beer of some sort (Tioga Sequoia 99 Golden ale is what I currently have on draft), and in the evenings I really like a neat bourbon or scotch with my stogie.

How did you like this? I recently dove into stouts, trying left handed's milk stout and Shiner's birthday bash chocolate stout. Both were pretty tasty. Would like to try more
I'm pretty sure I liked it. I had it after drinking a couple Young's Double Chocolate stouts and a 22 oz of Chocolate Sombrero by Clown Shoes. So the buzz was already rolling. I'd like to try it before having any drinks.
