Try using that Hendricks in a martini BUT use a slice of cucumber as the garnish. Let it sit in the drink for about 5-6 minutes before drinking it. Hendricks is one of two (I forget the other one) gin distillers who list the botanicals that they use for flavoring. Cucumber is one of them, so it goes really well in the drink.
