The coals are in a Vortex, a stainless steel cone that sends up extremely high heat in the middle, then the kettle lid sends the heat evenly around the grill. The food is cooking on an Arteflame 22” grate insert. Killer combination, great for wings, burgers, and even lobster tails!Oh my dear cap. What’s this fine instrument you’re using here?

A take and bake on the grill is ALWAYS worthy!! Hell, I’ve thrown frozen pizzas on the grill to great success!I did a pizza on the egg. Figured it wasn’t worthy it was a take and bake but I like what the egg does to it. Def do something with that regularly
