There is also several radio shows with play lists inserts. I originally had at least 300 of these playlists on vinyl, but they didn't survive the tornado. I also found several jazz and blues LP's in the box. I was hoping my 13th Floor Elevators and Chocolate Watchband would be in this survivor box, but they aren't.

In Concert, Disc 1

Before VCRs, MTV, cable television, the Internet, DVRs, YouTube, etc., you had to actually watch TV programs when they were scheduled to air. Back in the middle-ish '70s, the ABC network started a Friday night, taped live performances of popular musical acts, show. It was simply called "In Concert." I often planned my night around the show and watched many of them. A few years ago, I came across some bit torrents of these shows, downloaded them and put together 3 discs of my favorite artists and shows. Although I haven't listened to these in a few years, tonight was Disc 1's chance to relive those long ago Fridays. The artists on this disc:

Jim Croce
Doobie Brothers
B.B. King
Mahavishnu Orchestra
J. Geils Band
Albert King
Dr. John

Oh, to be 18 again....
