I'm listening to some lady whine about us not approving her for a Loan Modification. her payment is 15% of her gross income, but she owes 150k in credit cards for 3500 a month. I told her to stop spending money she doesn't have and she would not be in this situation.......she hung up now. So I guess I am no longer listenting to her. ugh....that grinds my gears.
