Was at the Fabulous Thunderbirds / SRV concert here in ‘86 and the promoter played the first part of the album before the concert and then the rest in-between the F-Tbirds and SRV. Bought it the first chance I got.

Lou Reed - A few years ago I Frankenstein’d the “Rock ‘n’ Roll Animal” and “Lou Reed Live” albums to accurately recreate the concert they were taken from. I sequenced the songs in correct order and crossfaded the tracks so they didn’t abruptly end or start. Took a few weeks to get everything right but to date the “reconstruction” is probably one of, if not the best CD sets I’ve ever done. The only bone to pick is that the guitarists, Steve Hunter and D*i*c*k Wagner, were flipped when they mixed “LRL”…and there’s no way I can fix that.
