Good to see you liked the Paises Bajos.
Have my first one in my tupperdor of smokes for July, along with about 5 other ER's to try out and explore this new to me realm of cc's.

Had any 2019, 2020 or especially 2021 CoRos?
Recently had a 2021 and it was just flat and flavorless. Have another left to see if it was just a Single dud, and plan to order 5 more (unknown dates) in my August order

I have 19’ and 20’s no 21’s. Some of the 19’s that I have are lighter wrappers they are OK nothing great at this point. But I have some 19’s that have dark rappers that are killer strong and good rich flavor. The 20s I have we’re good right off the truck but I have flattened out a bit, waiting for them to come back!!!

Interesting info about the wrapper shade making a noticeable difference.

Very tasty and perfect draw, burn and construction.

7 years has definitely made them more mellow and smooth than fresh ones.

One of the few aged smokes I have had that I would consider better, rather than just different.

Night and day on a lot of cigar brands!
Lets take a PSD4 for instance: One with a Claro wrapper or even a Claro Colorado Vs. one with a Rosado – reddish-brown.
The one with the Claro Colorado will be good and still have that velvety palate coating effect.
But the one with a Rosado – reddish-brown or even a Colorado Maduro that has a oily wrapper will be a much stronger and in your face cigar!
Lots of guys before chasing factory codes were requesting the darkest oiliest wrappers on there orders.
Rosado wrappers are far and in-between now but still some of the best. Others fallow that the darkest oiliest wrappers cigars will age the best and the longest.

Interesting info, thanks

I was aware that different wrapper types will effect the flavor, but not that light vs dark with the same wrapper type made any difference

To my palate it does;) that is why I will never write off a cigar from one box.

same great taste as the young ones but much softer, mellower and smoother but still had a little of the Partagas "bite" on the finish.

Perfect draw, burn and construction, lots of smoke volume

Great smoke in every regard

Cuaba Exclusivos

Tasty as always for a Cuaba.

Great construction and draw, but burn was a little bit off most of the way, as always seems to happen with figarados for me, but only once was enough to need correction.

Bit shorter smoke time than you would think for 5.75x46, but close enough to my preferred hour to hoye and a half, that it still left me feeling satisfied

Will definitely be keeping a couple of these in stock as much as possible

Would love to have the Distinguidos instead, but the price for them is ridiculous imho
