Hey ninja...what kind of flavor profile were you picking up on these? What month/year date is your box? I was wanting to compare notes to my box from Jan 2013. I smoked the first one last weekend and being my first CC, it caught me off guard with the totally different flavor profile that I got from any NC I've smoked.

Yea, I certainly got the baking spices, gingerbread cookie, cedar and honey. Not much chocolate with my first one. I got a certain citrusy twang as well.
