Jul 17 lol. It was good, very unique. It got better and better as it progressed. When I was smoking it, i was thinking about how it might be with some actual age. Can't wait to try.... some day.

May '13 cab, my biannual tasting to see how they are coming along.

Verdict: not ready. While enjoyable, seems the magic number for PLPCs for me is right around the 6 1/2 - 7 year mark.
