What cigar do you keep around for friends?

Diesel, Man O War, etc. That kind of stuff you can get from CI for a few bucks a stick. For milder stuff, I always have a variety of regular Fuente cigars that I am always happy to share with someone who has only ever smoked convenience store stuff.
You have to be a good friend to be invited over then a cigar smoker to touch my humidors. As long as you meet those 2 criterias you are welcome to any smokes you find in my humi and all the liquor you can drink. Well... maybe except some limited CCs I got hiding...
And for most of us, you also need airline tickets!

My friends bring their own :grin:. But really if you're hanging out and want to try something by all means...there's very few things I can't get more of and I don't hand out things I wouldn't smoke myself. In fact a while back the wife and I went out for an evening and a girl we work with watched our son. Her boyfriend came over too and you could tell he was real excited about sitting around babysitting :laugh:. I was rummaging through the humi looking for something to take with me and handed him a Bolivar PC. Gave him a cutter and told him there was an ash tray on the deck. He's a cigarette smoker, but occasionally smokes cigars...said it was the best cigar he'd ever had.

my friends bring their own or they don't get in.:bangbang: That's why i have a regular humi and top shelf humi that i keep in an undisclosed location
I usually don't keep cigars in my stash for "handouts." In the rare occasion that a buddy comes over that is not a cigar smoker I would hand him one of my 5 Vegas classic, my favorite cheapie smoke and one I smoke frequently. IMHO the best bang for your buck in the entire earth, especially on cbid.
it depends how good of a friend he is.... with the stash i have now i guess he can have anything.... when the stash gets better i will be more selective
If I know they will appreciate it then anything they want. If I know they won't know the difference between a backwoods and a tatuaje, or care then a J Fuego Original.
I don't mind sharing great stuff with a new smoker if they are interested they can have whatever they want if they don't care and are just doing it to be social, then a J Fuego.

Only got 1 friend that is interested in cigars and is slowly but surely becoming a BOTL. So whatever is in my 50ct (unless its an opus x). I sometimes think that he may not know better and to give him the cheapest/least wanted stick but then I think back to the first stick that got me hooked which was gifted to me by my neighbour (my father #1) and I try to pay forward what was given to me and try to be a real BOTL as I can be with my limited collection.

It really depends on the night. If we are all drunk then I pull out the crap sticks, that includes one for myself since by that point most of the taste buds are not working so well. But if we are just hanging out I try to give them something good.
