Just made my first cup of the Sumatra from the Sweet Maria's sampler that I roasted to City plus yesterday. Made the cup with the Aeropress. It was just excellent. I hope I can duplicate this roast for this coffee. Great body, sweet and flavors that you find in Starbuck's Sumatra. This is going to become an obsession.

Just finished a co roast Mexican and Panamanian.I took this to FC+,probably 3/4 into second crack. There was a blending question previously, yes I blend coffees, have done for 25 years.
I have a few recipes that did not suck, but basically you want to limit to three coffees.More is going to make it tough.

Here is a pic of todays co roast Pana-Mex.
I use a similar unit to the Whirly -Pop,mine has a blade instead of a wire to stir with.
Todays batch was # 361 with my cooker,pop 001.JPG ...panamex 1 24 16 001.JPG

Roasted some beans today for one of my buddies who likes sweet coffee since he's weird like that and he also uses pumpkin spice creamer ( it's @acc05R1 )

This little beast works hard and roasts great beans!

Gotta come up with a new name before I ship but it's these

Then the mess ....

And the money shot

Bruh.....

This roast smells great!

A blend I roasted last night. 2 parts brazilian, 1 part Columbian. A little thin as it is so fresh and still off-gassing but it's good. Been a while since I have been able to roast. Forgot how much more caffeine is in the fresh home roast compared to commercial stuff.
