^Not even close...The T52 is much oilier
This. I actually prefer the UF-13, but nothing compares to the T-52. The bands consistently turn translucent over time from the oils of the wrapper seeping onto the band.

Now you have me thinking that I should twist those bands into a little, oily, tobaccoy joints LOL!

the darkest and oiliest cigar ive had is a far cry from the second place finisher on my list...

601 La Bamba Warhead. Almost black wrapper with rich oil all over it. Smoked for about 2.5 hours and was full of rich and spicy flavor. Wish i had another one!

The Ortega Warrior Joe I smoked yesterday was pretty damn oily. Also a picture surfaced on Instagram yesterday of someone smoking a papas Fritas and it had an oil line forming behind the burn line. So those are probably pretty freakin oily.

Man... check out the Genesis by Ramon Bueso. Almost as oily as Hosh.
Good call...Forgot aaaaaallll about these! Not too complex, but nice cigars with great wrappers.

One of my all time favs is Henry Clay. The line is made with a nice, oily CBL wrapper, and is a great value smoke.
