Being a broke ass sucks! I love the good stuff! I had a Taqueray Ten and tonic the other night that was perfect since it was like 200 degrees outside, but I'm not sure that anything can replace a great red wine when I just want to relax. The drug store near my work was having a special on a lite beer that when I'm broke I'll settle for tonight, but given my choice I probably would've opened the 2001 Rhone in my wine rack.

Gin and tonics are great in the heat. I like them a lot with cigars too, they seem to freshen the palatte.

Need a "all of the above" choice. Depending on the situation any of the above can be the choice at the time.

I love single malt scotch almost as much as my wife. If the mouth of a bottle of Glenlivet was a little wider....... well I'd better not tell that story. j/k

Had a couple of Bombay Saphire gin Martinnis tonight. I can't stand a
Vodka Martini, and the Gods forbid you put a dirty martini in front of me.....

Speaking of, just saw an article that there will finally be a legal import of Absinthe soon. Product from France.

SGresso will be glad to hear that news about Absenth. I've been tempted to order Absinthe. I've been tempted to try some a couple of times, but just haven't taken the time to order any...
