I like a great scotch, but great imported scotch can get very pricey with Brazil's prohibitive tariffs. So I have concocted a drink I call "The Happy Scot" that sees a filled tumbler go beautifully with a fine robusto.
Stir thoroughly one part any good lemoncello into two parts any low cost scotch (there are limits - the worst I use is Passport,) top off with a few ice cubes and you have a palate-refreshing drink of intoxicatingly remarkable quality.
Rum... A nice dark sipping rum, like a Ron Zacapa 15 yr old or Angostura 1919. That or whatever scotch I can get my hands on, the less peaty the better.
