What's Being Drank This Weekend

Drinking some dark 'n stormy tonight. Goslings (a given) with some ginger beer from the brewery where I am an intern. Appalachian Brewing Company makes some of the spiciest ginger beer I've had. It makes Reeds ginger beer taste like Schweps ginger ale.

Are they Distributed in GA?

Last night I remembered I had pickle brine from a friend's homemade habanero pickles. The drink goes thusly:

3 parts gin
1 part vodka
1 part spicy dill pickle brine
spalsh dry vermouth
Garnish with spicy pickle spear if you have them

Goddamn it was good. I can't wait to have another one or two tonight. Make sure the brine is good and salty it gives an amazing mouthfeel and flavor!

As I sit here downing beers, I wonder what everyone else is drinking tonight?? I've had a New Belgium Ranger IPA, most of a Harp Lager (it got spilled while trying to stop my son from spilling my wife's water all over our table :frownno, and am working on a Boulevard Irish Ale. The Harp was great, a lot more crisp and limey than I remember it being, but very very excellent!
