A girl that moved out here from Chicago a few years back started a Chicago Hot Dog cart - she is about 2 miles from my house at least once a week... this could be dangerous! She has most of her ingredients shipped out from Chicago (except the tomato and onion)

So good!

@icehog3 - Tom does this pass muster? I can confirm her origin due to her accent lol! She mentioned something about growing up on the Northside and then I got lost when she mentioned a couple of neighborhoods. I mean, I used to watch Chicago PD, but didn't pay that much attention

Looks legit, Bill! Sport peppers, pickles, tomatoes, celery salt...and no ketchup/catsup!

Anyone into raw oysters?

just got into them in the last 3-4 months. Tried Rockefeller last year on vacation at a seafood buffet and liked it, then tried some high end crazy Rockefeller with another rep on a company trip. I first tried raw ones during a happy hour in VA beach. Been trying different ones since, still need to try some west coast ones.IMG_0667.jpegIMG_0668.jpeg
