I think I'm the only one that isn't really feeling the 320. Just not as attractive to me a Rhodesians or pokers. That said I still have a real strong desire to purchase one, can't really explain that one other than my PAD has been acting up and I have an itch to buy pipes lately...

Love the plateau and grain on that! Is it bad that I have been pricing lathes to tinker with pipe making?? Not that I have the time or money to get into it at the moment, but damn it seems like a great way to get my hands dirty and possibly at least partially fund my hobsession

That's a good idea. This pipe was made by a friend in England who does just that. Mainly makes pipes for friends, but he gets a lot of joy out of it.

He does some damn fine work imo... Looks like a small hand saw, some rasps, some files, and a bunch of sandpaper along with a pre-drilled block kit will be in my not too distant future after reading this article:
