No clue! Snagged it for like $5 on eBay. Liked it because it had an easy adjustment wheel, soft flame, and the flexible neck makes it simple to get down in the pipe bowl for half-packs & relights.
I'll check my purchase history and post a link...

Yeah I think so. I can get it at my local grocery store for about 2.50 for a 1.25 oz pouch and yes it goes great with a cob. One of my favorite drug store smokes for sure.
