Unscrew the bowl, hold fingers over the chamber as to not spill any baccy, invert and check for plugging. Use a toothpick to push out any obstructions.
Still plugged? Run a pipe cleaner through pipe.

@Dran, this was an eBay purchase? Did you give it a thorough cleaning?
If not, the pipe may have some internal gunk causing problems.
The few used metal pipes I've purchased via eBay were all filthy from button to bowl.

Gave it a quick runthrough and a cleaner passed, so I ran with it. Heat knocked it loose and now the bit is a brick. Can't get air water or cleaner through there.

Damn, that sucks.
The newer Falcon bits are removable. Older ones are not.
When you get a chance take a small drill bit or torch tip cleaner and start poking.
